User Operator
Auxiliary of the customs public function (Control of the Free Trade Zone regime) To manage, administer, supervise, promote, and develop the Free Trade Zone, and to qualify Free Trade Zone users.
Industrial Goods User
Authorized to produce, transform, or assemble goods through the processing of raw materials or semi-assembled products.
Industrial Services User
Authorized to provide services including, among others, logistics, packaging, repackaging, labeling, classification, administration, from or within the Free Trade Zone.
Industrial Goods and Services User (Dual Qualification)
The services must be provided exclusively within or from the Free Trade Zone area; that is, there must be no physical movement outside the Free Trade Zone area by the service provider.
Commercial Users
It is the legal entity authorized to carry out marketing, commercialization, storage, or preservation activities of goods within one or more Free Trade Zones.
