Over the past 30 years, Zona Franca La Candelaria and the companies operating within it have generated investments totaling approximately COP 1.5 trillion (USD 453 million) and created more than 4,500 direct formal jobs, making a significant contribution to the economic growth of Cartagena and the region's GDP.
